Veggie Masala Mangodi

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Masala Mangodi – 1 cup

2. Onion – 1

3. Tomato – 1

4. Capsicum – 1

5. Carrot – 1

6. Cabbage – 1/2 cup

7. French beans – 1/4 cup

8. Ginger – 1 small piece

9. Garlic cloves – 2

10. Green chilli – 2

11. Red chilli, Turmeric, Coriander powder – as per taste

12. Rasatva lime chilli – as needed

13. Rasatva rock salt – as needed

14. oil – 1/4 tbsp

15. Coriander leaves(for garnish)

Preparatation Time – 10 min

Cooking Time – 10 min

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Take a saucepan, add water and let it boil on high flame.

2. Add 1 cup of mangodi in the boiling water and boil for 10 mins.

3. Strain the mangodi and keep it aside.

4. Chop the vegetables into small cubes.

5. Take a pan, add 1/4 tbsp oil on medium flame.

6. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies, onion, and saute.

7. Add the chopped veggies and saute them for 2-3 min.

8. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, the boiled mangodi and rock salt as per taste.

9. Mix them properly and cook for 3-5 min.

10. Transfer in a serving bowl, sprinkle lime chilli and garnish with corianderleaves.

11. Eat this healthy recipe full of nutrients as you want.
