Dahi Chaat Mangodi

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Masala Mangodi – 1/2 cup

2. Curd – 1 cup

3. Onion – 1

4. Cabbage – 1/2 cup

5. Rasatva calcutta chaat masala – as needed

6. Rasatva dhaba chaat masala – as needed

7. Green chutney – as needed

8. Sweet chutney – as needed

9. Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Cooking Time – 15 min

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Wash chop the cabbage and onion in lachcha form.

2. Take a saucepan, add enough water on medium flame and let it boil.

3. Add 1/2 cup masala mangodi to the boiling water, boil for 10 min and keep aside.

4. Strain the water, dry the mangodi using kitchen towel and transfer in a plate.

5. To the mangodi, sprinkle chaat masala evenly.

6. Add lachcha onion finely chopped cabbage, spread green chutney, sweet chutney, dahi over it.

7. Sprinkle calcutta chaat masala over it.

8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
