Craving a healthy yet chatpata sandwich? Try this recipe and you will keep making it again and again!
List Of Ingredients:
1. Potato – 2
2. Onion – 1
3. Tomato – 1
4. Bread slices – 2
5. Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
6. Rasatva Garlic chutney – 1/2 tbsp
7. Butter – as require
8. Rasatva red chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
9. Rasatva rock salt – as require

Recipe:
1. Wash all the vegetables and peel them if required.
2. Boil 4 potatoes, peel them and mash them in a bowl.
3. To the mashed potatoes, add 1 small sized chopped onion, tomato, little coriander leaves, add 1/2 tbsp of garlic chutney masala, 1/2 red chilli powder, rock salt as per taste and mix well.
4. Place 2 bread slices on a clean and dry surface, apply butter on one side.
5. Apply the stuffing on the slices and sandwich it.
6. Place the sandwich in the toaster for 30-35 seconds.
7. Remove sandwich form toaster, cut the sandwich into 2 halves.
