1. Rasatva Masala Mangodi – 1 cup

2. Rasatva Dhaba Chaat Masala – as needed

3. Oil (for deep fry)

Preparatation Time – 2 min

Cooking Time – 8 min

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Take a saucepan, pour oil for deep frying.

2. After the oil becomes hot, add the mangodi in oil.

3. Deep fry the mangodi till it becomes golden-brown and crispy.

4. Remove the excess oil and transfer in a bowl.

5. Sprinkle chaat masala over it.

6. Garnish with coriander and serve this tasty and crispy snack with tea or coffee.
