Rabodi Stir Fry

Veggies and Rabodi tossed into the healthiest and tastiest stir fry. Try it to get the incredible taste!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Onion (medium sized) – 2

2. Tomato (medium sized) – 1

3. Capsicum – 1

4. Cabbage – 50g

5. Mushrooms (optional) – 50g

6 .Sweetcorns – 50g

7. Peas – 30g

8. Rasatva Rabodi – 150g

9. Rasatva Rock Salt – to taste

10. Rasatva Black Pepper – to taste

11. Mustard/Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Servings – 2

Recipe

1. Boil sweet corn. Boil Rabodi just as you would boil pasta, in water and add a pinch of salt and 1 tea spoon oil in it.

2. Finally chop all the vegetables.

3. Put a pan on the induction and pour a little amount of mustard or olive oil till hot. 

4. Add onions and saute, then add mushrooms, tomato, capsicum, and saute them.

5. Add boiled sweet corns, cabbage and peas.

6. Saute all the vegetables for 5 minutes.

7. Add rock salt and black pepper powder and mix well.

8. Now add the strained rabodi and mix it well for 2 minutes.

9. Serve in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.

10. Sprinkle the rasatva peri peri masala and a dash of lime for enhancing taste.
