List Of Ingredients:
1. Rasatva Green Fenugreek seeds sprouts – 1cup
2. Roasted peanuts – 1 tbsp
3. Puffed rice – 1/2 cup
4. Fresh coconut – 1 tbsp
5. Sev – 1/2 cup
6 .Green chilli – as per taste
7. Raw mango – 1 tbsp
8. Onion – 1
9. Tomato – 1
10. Coriander leaves – a handful
11. Rasatva red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
12. Rasatva rock salt– as required
13. Rasatva chaat masala – as required
14. Tamarind chutney – as required

Recipe:
1. Wash and rinse 1 cup of hara methi dana and soak them in water for around 1 hour then drain the water and cover the bowl with a muslin cloth for 1 day to sprout them.
2. Wash all the vegetables, peel if required and cut them into small pieces.
3. Take a large bowl, add 1 cup green fenugreek sprouts, roasted peanuts, 1 tbsp finely chopped coconut, 1/4 cup tomato, 1/4 cup onion, 1 tbsp raw mango, chopped green chillies as per taste.
4. To the above bowl add 1 tbsp red chilli powder, lime juice, chaat masala, tamarind chutney and rock salt as per taste.
5. Add the puffed rice and mix well with a spoon.
6. Transfer in a serving bowl and garnish the healthy and delicious Bhel with sev and coriander leaves.
