1. Rasatva Masala Mangodi – 1 cup
2. Rasatva mix sprouts – 1 cup
3. Tomato puree – 1/2 cup
4. Onion – 1
5. Potato – 2
6. Capsicum – 1
7. Carrot – 1
8. Cabbage – 1/2 cup
9. French beans – 1/4 cup
10. Green chilli – 2
11. Peas – 1/4 cup
12. Rasatva turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
13. Rasatva red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
14. Rasatva coriander powder – 2 tbsp
15. Rasatva cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
16. Rasatva rock salt – as needed
17. Heeng – a pinch
18. Oil – 1 tbsp
19. Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Servings – 3
Recipe:
1. Wash, peel and chop the veggies.
2. Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil on medium flame.
3. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, a pinch of heeng, finely chopped onion, green chillies and saute.
4. Add 1/2 cup tomato puree, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, rock salt as per taste, mix and cook for 40-50 secs.
5. Add 1 cup mangodi, 1 cup water, diced potato, small cubes of carrot, finely chopped cabbage, chopped seedless capsicum, 1/4 cup beans, 1/4 cup peas, 1 cup water, mix, cover and cook for 5 min.
6. Now add 1 cup of mix sprouts, 1 cup water, mix, cover and cook for 10-15 min.
7. Switch off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.
8. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with boiled sprouts and chopped coriander leaves.
9. Serve the hot and delicious masala mangodi with sprouts sabji with chapati.
