5. Chana dal – 2tbsp

7. Roasted Cumin Powder – 1tbsp
8. Rasatva Coriander Powder – 1tbsp
9. Rasatva Calcutta Chaat Masala – 1tbsp

Recipe
1. Take a bowl, soak two tbsp chana dal for one hour.
2. Take four boiled potato, and mesh them in a bowl.
3. Add 1 tbsp spinach powder in the mashed potato and make dough without adding water.
4. To the dough, add one chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp soaked chana dal, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp dry mango powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder and rock salt as per taste.
5. Mix them properly and make coin sized balls.
6. Now, take other 2/3 part of potato spinach dough make balls.
7. Now take a ball, stuff the spiced ball into it, close the top and flatten slightly to make tikki.
8. Shallow fry tikkis or roast on tawa till golden brown, as per your preference.
9. Sprinkle Rasatva Calcutta chaat masala and serve the hot and mouth-watering spinach tikkis with chutney, sauce or dahi.
