Khichia Ki Churi

A snack or accompaniment that gives the perfect experience of crunchy, healthy and delecious!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatava Bajra Khichia – 8

2. Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup

3. Rasatva Dhaba chaat masala – 1/2 tbsp

4 .Rasatva Rock Salt – as per taste

5. oil (for deep fry)

Servings – 2

Recipe

1. Deep fry the bajra khichia or roast on flame or microwave.

2. Wash the coriander and chop finely.

3. Take khichia, crush them into smaller pieces and transfer in a bowl.

4. Add chopped coriander, 1/2 tbsp chaat masala and rock salt as per taste.

5. Mix all the ingredients properly.

6. Transfer in serving bowl.

7. Eat khichia ki churi as a side dish or as it is for that crunchy mouthfeel along with the goodness of bajra.
