A typical street delicacy of calcutta made differently and spiced up right with calcutta chaat masala!
List Of Ingredients:
1. Tomato puree – 1/2 cup
2. Kabuli chana boiled – 1 bowl
3. Rasatva cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
4. Onion – 1
5. Ginger- garlic paste – 1 tbsp
6. Rasatva Dry mango powder – 1 tbsp
7. Rasatva Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
8. Rasatva turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
9. Rasatva Calcutta chaat masala – 1 tbsp
10. Rasatva rock salt – as require
11. Cumin powder – 1 tbsp
12. Mustard oil – 3-4 tbsp

Preparatation Time – 10 min

Servings – 2
Recipe:
1. Take a pan, heat 3-4 tbsp of mustard oil.
2. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, saute a little.
3. Add onion paste, fry for 2 mins, add the ginger paste fry for 1 min then add the tomato puree, mix it well.
4. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, rock salt to taste, cumin powder.
5. Add a dash of water so that the masala don’t get burn, cook it well on a medium flame.
6. Add the boiled channa, stir it well now add 1 tbsp dry mango powder.
7. Add 2 cup of water and cover the lid for about 10 min.
8. Transfer the ghugni in a serving bowl, add 1 tbsp calcutta chaat masala, mix well.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
