Beetroot Cake

A healthy cake? Yes, it is possible and easy to make too! Try this delicious recipe and whip up a cake for guilt-free indulgence!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Whole wheat flour – 1& 1/2 cup

2. Rasatva Beetroot Powder – 1 tbsp

3. Sugar – 3/4 cup

4. Cocoa Powder – 3 tbsp

5. Baking soda – 1 tbsp

6. Baking powder – 1 tbsp

7. Rasatva Rock Salt – a pinch

8. Milk – 1/2 cup

9. Vanilla essence – 2-3 drops

Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees farhenheit or 180 degrees centigrade.

2. Prepare a round baking pan, grease and flour, keep aside.

3. Prepare the dry mixture for cake, take a large bowl, mix the 1& 1/2 cups flour, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, add 1 tbsp beetroot powder, 1 tbsp baking soda, 1/4 tbsp baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix well with a fork, spoon or whisk. keep aside.

4. Take a small bowl, mix 1 cup of milk, 3/4 cup sugar, mix well with a whisk or spoon.

5. Now, pour the mixture into the dry mixture and mix with a spoon or spatula till well mixed.

6. Add 2-3 drops of vanilla essence, mix and transfer in baking pan.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

8. Serve moist, fluffy, healthy beetroot cake.
