Basil Seeds ‘n’ Oats Jar

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva basil seeds – 1 tbsp

2. Oats – 1/2 cup

3. Milk – 1 cup

4. Dates – 1/2 cup

5. Banana – 1/2 cup

6. Mixed dry fruits – 1 tbsp

7. Apple – 1/2 cup

8. Honey – 1 tbsp

Recipe

1. Soak 1 tbsp basil seeds in water for 15 min, drain excess water and keep aside.

2. Take a small jar, add 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup oats.

3. Add 1/2 cup sliced banana and 1/2 cup sliced apple.

4. Top it with the mixed dry fruits (optional) and 1 tbsp honey.

5. Pour the soaked basil seeds and stir it gently.

6. Keep in fridge for an hour.

7. Enjoy the healthy meal.
