Fruity Sabja Yogurt

The goodness of basil seeds, fruits and yogurt..... all in one delicious lip smacking bowl!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva basil seeds – 1 cup

2. Banana – 1/2 cup

3. Apple – 1/2 cup

4. Grapes – 1/2 cup

5. Pomegranate seeds – 1/2 cup

6. Curd – 2 cup

7. Honey – 1 tbsp

Recipe

1. Soak 1 cup of basil seeds in a bowl for 15 min, drain the water and keep aside.

2. Wash the fruits, peel if required and cut them into small pieces.

3. Add 2 cup curd in a bowl, add 1 tbsp honey.

4. Beat until curd mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

5. Now add 1/2 cup of each chopped apple, banana, grapes and pomegranate seeds and mix well.

6. Add 1 cup of soaked basil seeds and mix it well.

7. Chill it in refrigerator for 30 mins.

8. Serve in a bowl.
