Fruits and Basil Seeds Ice-Cream

Can ice cream get healthier than this? Mouth watering, healthy and easy to whip up with everything good and nutitious!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva basil seeds – 2 tbsp

2. Ice cream ( any flavour) – 2 scoop

3. Mixed fruits- Apple, Banana, Strawberry, Grapes(chopped) – 1 cup

4. Crushed Biscuits (of your choice) – 1/2 cup

5. Pomegranate seeds – 1 tbsp

Recipe

1. Soak 2 tbsp basil seeds in water for 15 min, drain excess water and keep aside.

2. Wash all fruits and cut them into very small pieces.

3. on that, make a layer of soaked basil seeds.

4. Add an ice cream scoop and then a layer of mixed fruits.

5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, and nuts (optional).

6. Healthy, tasty and delicious sabja fruit ice-cream is ready.
