Oats Chaat

Breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack- this versatile and utterly healthy dish can be had at any time of the day!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rolled oats – 1 cup

2. Rasatva green fenugreek seeds sprouts – 1/2 cup

3. Kala chana sprouts – 1/2 cup

4. Curd/yogurt – 1 cup

5. Tomato – 1

6. Rasatva dhaba chaat masala – as required

7. Rasatva rock salt – as required

8. Coriander leaves – For garnish

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Wash, deseed and chop the tomato finely.

2. Take a pan, add 1 cup oats, dry roast for 4-5 min and let it cool.

3. Take a bowl, add chopped tomato, roated oats, add 1 cup curd, 1/2 cup of each chana and fenugreek sprouts.

4. To the above bowl add dhaba chaat masala and rock salt as required, mix well.

5. Pour in a serving bowl.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
