Wheatgrass Power Breakfast

Start your day with a power breakfast bowl of Fruits, milk and wheatgrass Powder

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatava Wheatgrass Powder – 1 tbsp

2. Milk (or any plant based milk) – 2 cup

3. Rasatva Basil Seeds – 2 tbsp

4. Seasonal Fruits – 1 cup

5. Honey – 2 tbsp

Preparatation Time – 10 min

Servings – 2

Recipe

1. Soak 2 tbsp of basil seeds, in a bowl for 15 min, drain water and keep aside.

2. Wash the fruits, peel if required and cut them.

3. Take a bowl, add 2 cup milk, 1 tbsp wheatgrass powder, 2 tbsp honey and mix well with a spoon.

4. Add soaked basil seeds in the above bowl and refrigerate for 15 mins.

5. Pour in a serving bowl.

6. Garnish with banana, strawberry.

7. Enjoy the power packed healthy breakfast.
