Sprouted Soup with Rabodi

A meal in a bowl-delicious, and protein packed!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Sundried Sprouts Mix – 1cup

2. Rasatva Rabodi – 1/2 cup

3. Tomatoes – 2

4. Green chillies – 2

5. Garlic Clove – 2

6 .Ginger – 1

7. Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup

8. Spanish Tomato – 1tbsp

9. Rasatva Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tbsp

10. Rasatva Dhaba Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp

11. Rasatva Rock salt – As per taste

12. Rasatva Garam Masala – 1/4 tbsp

13. Rasatva Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tbsp

14. Black mustard seeds – 1/2 tbsp

15. Heeng – A pinch

16. Oil – 1/4 tbsp

Servings – 2

Recipe

1. Take two tomatoes, add 2 cups of water in a saucepan, boil for 5-7 min on a medium flame.

2. Peel the tomatoes. Add 1 green chilli, 2 cloves of garlic, a small piece of ginger, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, and blend until smooth.

3. Transfer in a bowl.

4. Heat 1/4 tbsp oil on a medium flame.

5. Add a pinch of heeng, 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp black mustard seeds and let it crackle.

6. Add the tomato paste, add 1 tbsp spanish tomato, 1 tbsp chaat masala, 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder, rock salt as per taste and mix properly.

7. Add 1/4 tbsp garam masala and cook for 1 min.

8. Take 1 cup of sprouts mix and 1/2 cup rabodi, add 3 cups of water in a saucepan and boil for 10 min on high flame.

9. Strain the water and transfer in bowl.

10. Take a serving bowl, add rabodi, boiled sprouts and pour the hot tomato soup over it.

11. Garnish with coriander leaves and get a wholesome and delicious meal ready.
