Satvik Sprout Salad

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Mix sprouts – 2 cup

2. Carrot – 1

3. Grated coconut – 1/4 cup

4. Raw Peanuts – 1/2 cup

5. Tomato – 1

6. Lime juice – 1 tbsp

7. coriander leaves – 1/4 cup

8. Mint leaves – 1/4 cup

9. Lime chilli seasoning – 1/4 tbsp

10. Rasatva black pepper powder – 1 tbsp

11. Rasatva Rock salt – as per taste

12. Rasatva black salt – 1 tbsp

13. Oil – 1 tbsp

Cooking Time – 10 min

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Take 2 cup of mix sprouts, add 4 cups of water in a saucepan and boil for 10 mins on high flame.

2. Strain the water and dry the sprouts with kitchen cloth.

3. Take a pan, add a little oil, add 1/2 cup raw peanuts and roast for 5 mins on medium flame and keep aside.

4. Chop the vegetables finely.

5. Take a bowl, add the boiled sprouts, roasted peanuts, 1/4 cup grated coconut, 1/4 tbsp lime chilli seasoning, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp black salt, rock salt as per taste, chopped mint and coriander leaves.

6. Mix, transfer in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
