1. Curd – 2 cup
2. Besan (gramflour) – 2 tbsp
3. Rasatva turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
4. Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
5. Jodhpur red chillies – 2 whole
6. Rasatva cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp
7. Rasatva rock salt – as require
8. Methi seeds – 1/2 tbsp
9. Grated ginger – 1/2 tbsp
10. Rasatva Rabodi
11. Rasatva garlic chutney powder (optional) – 1/2 tbsp
12. Cabbage cut in stripes – 1/2 cup
13. Onion – 1/2 cup
14. Boiled kala chana – 1/2 cup
15. Imli Chutney

Recipe:
1. Combine the curds, besan, turmeric powder, salt and 2 cups water in a deep bowl and mix well, Keep aside.
2. Heat the oil. Add red chillies, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, ginger, chilli powder and saute.
3. Add the curds besan mixture. Stir and cook on medium flame for 5 mins.
4. In a bowl take boiled rabodi. (Boil rabodi just as you boil pasta, by adding a pinch of salt and a little oil to the water when boiling).
5. Add rajasthani kadhi.
6. Garnish with onions, cabbage, boiled chana, green chutney, imli chutney, bhujia, Rasatva chaat masala and coriander.
