Hara Methi Sprouts Salad

A quick bowl of good health that is refreshing and delicious and the perfect snack in between meals!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva green fenugreek seeds sprouts – 1 cup

2. Veggies – cucumber, onion, tomato, carrot – 1/2 cup each

3. Rasatva chaat masala – as require

4. Rasatva Lime chilli – as require

5. Rasatva Rock Salt – as require

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Wash and rinse 1 cup of hara methi dana and soak them in water for around 1 hour then drain the water and cover the bowl with a muslin cloth for 1 day to sprout them.

2. Wash all the vegetables, peel if required and cut into small pieces.

3. Take a large bowl, add 1/2 cup of each chopped vegetables, add 1 cup of green fenugreek sprouts and mix.

4. Add chaat masala, lime chilli and rock salt as per taste, mix well with spoon.

5. Transfer in a bowl.
