2. Freshed crushed ginger – 1/2 tbsp

3. Honey – 1 tbsp

4. Boiling Water – 1/2 cup

Recipe

1. Take a coffee mug, add 1 tbsp wheatgrass powder, ginger, ass 1/2 cup boiled water, mix it well.
