Chilli Cheese Khichia

Healthy can be delicious too-try this snack and see for yourself!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Bajra khichia – 8

2. Cheese – 1 cup

3. Onion – 1 

4. Capsicum – 1 

5. Red chilli flakes – as needed

6. Oil (for deep fry)

Preparatation Time – 10 min

Cooking Time – 5 min

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Deep fry the bajra khichia or roast on flame or microwave.

2. Wash the veggies and chop them into very small cubes.

3. Take a khichia, sprinkle the cheese over it evenly.

4. Top it with chopped onion and capsicum.

5. Sprinkle chilli flakes.

6. Place this on a hot tawa for a few seconds untill the cheese starts melting.

7. Delicious chilli cheese khichia is ready!
