1. Wash and rinse 1 cup of hara methi dana and soak them in water for around 1 hour then drain the water and cover the bowl with a muslin cloth for 1 day to sprout them.
2. Take a bowl, add fenugreek sprouts, chopped onion, potatoes, tomatoes, green chilli, chopped cucumber and 1/2 cup coriander leaves.
3. Add rock salt as per taste, 1 tbsp chaat masala and mix well.
4. Take a slice of bread, spread butter and put the sprout mixture on it.
5. Take another slice of bread, spread butter and sandwich it on the mixture.
