Chatpata Hara Methi Sprouts Sandwich

Try this sandwich that is different and yummy and loaded with the healthiest ingredients!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Bread slices – 6

2. Rasatva Fenugreek sprouts – 1/2 cup

3. Tomato – 1/2 cup

4. onion – 1/2 cup

5. Boiled potatoes – 1/2 cup

6. Cucumber – 1/2 cup

7. Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup

8. Rasatva Rock Salt – as require

9. Rasatva Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp

10. Butter – 1 tbsp

Preparatation Time – 15 min

Cooking Time – 1 min

Servings – 2

Recipe

1. Wash and rinse 1 cup of hara methi dana and soak them in water for around 1 hour then drain the water and cover the bowl with a muslin cloth for 1 day to sprout them.

2. Take a bowl, add fenugreek sprouts, chopped onion, potatoes, tomatoes, green chilli, chopped cucumber and 1/2 cup coriander leaves.

3. Add rock salt as per taste, 1 tbsp chaat masala and mix well.

4. Take a slice of bread, spread butter and put the sprout mixture on it. 

5. Take another slice of bread, spread butter and sandwich it on the mixture.

6. Eat as it is or grill the sandwich for 30 sec.
