Khichia Ki Chaat

Get ready for mouth-watering crispy fiesta in your mouth!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Bajra khichia – 8

2. Boiled potatoes – 2

3. Onion – 1 

4. Green chilli – 2

5. Lime juice – 1 tbsp

6. Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup

7. Rasatva dhaba chaat masala – 1 tbsp

8. Rasatva  rock salt – as per taste

9. Oil (for deep fry)

10. Sev (for garnish)

Cooking Time – 8 min

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Deep fry the bajra khichia or roast on flame or microwave.

2. Finely chop the vegetables.

3. Remove the skin of boiled potatoes and mash in a bowl.

4. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, lime juice, 1/2 tbsp chaat masala and rock salt as per taste.

5. Mix all the ingredients properly.

6. Take a khichia, spread the above mixture evenly with a spoon to make a layer.

7. Garnish with sev over the khichia and sprinkle some chaat masala.

8. A healthy, crispy and tasty snack is ready!
