Tadkedar Mangodi Raita

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva dhania mangodi – 1 cup

2. Curd – 2 cup

3. Onion – 1

4. Green chilli – 2

5. Rasatva cumin seeeds – 1 tbsp

6. Rasatva red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

7. Rasatva coriander Powder – 2 tbsp

8. Rasatva garam masala – 1/2 tbsp

9. Rasatva Cumin powder – 1 tbsp

10. Rasatva black pepper powder – 1/4 tbsp

11. Rasatva black Salt – As needed

12. Heeng – A pinch

13. Ghee – 1/2 tbsp

14. coriander leaves (for garnish)

Preparatation Time – 10 min

Cooking Time – 2 min

Servings – 4

Recipe:

1. Chop onion and green chilli.

2. Take a saucepan, add enough water on medium flame and let it boil.

3. Add 1 cup dhania mangodi to the boiling water, boil for 10 min and keep aside.

4. Strain the water, dry the mangodi using kitchen towel and transfer in a bowl.

5. In a large bowl, add 2 cup curd, 1/2 cup water, 2 chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp calcutta chaat masala, 1 tbsp dhaba chaat masala, 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp garam masala, black salt as per taste and beat properly.

6. Add boiled mangodi and mix

7. Take a pan, add 1/4 tbsp ghee on medium flame and let it become hot.

8. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, a pinch of heeng, finely chopped onion and saute.

9. Pour the tadka in raita and cover for 5 mint.

10. Add  ice cubes in raita if you want.

11. Serve the tasty tadkedar mangodi raita as a side dish with rice or roti.
