Tender Jowar Chaat

List Of Ingredients:

1. Tender Jowar – 1cup

2. Rasatva Dhaba Chaat Masala – as required

3. Lime Chilli – as required

4. Rasatva rock salt – as required

5. Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup

Recipe

1. Wash and chop the coriander leaves finely.

2. Steam 1 cup of tender jowar (soaked for a 4-5 hours) for 4-5 min and let it cool.

3. Take a large bowl, add 1 cup jowar, 1/4 cup coriander leaves and mix well with spoon.

4. To the above bowl add dhaba chaat masala, lime chilli and rock salt as required, mix well.

5. Pour in a serving bowl.

6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
