Spinach Onion Soup

Prepare this Healthy and hearty bowl of soup in a jiffy with ingredients that are always there in your kitchen!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatava Spinach Powder – 1/2 cup

2. Butter – 1 tbsp

3. Spring onions – 1/4 cup

4. Carrot – 1/2 cup

5. Rasatva Black Pepper Powder – 1 tbsp

6 .Rasatva Rock Salt – as require

Cooking Time – 10 min

Servings – 2

Recipe

1. Wash all the vegetables and chop them finely.

2. Take 1 tbsp butter in large saucepan, heat it.

3. Add 1/4 cup of chopped spring onions, 1/2 cup of each chopped drumsticks and chopped carrots stir and put on the lid.

4. Pour in the water and cook for 7-8 mins. Until the veggies become soft.

5. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp spinach powder and 1 cup water, mix well.

6. Pour the mixture into the boiling veggies and cook for 2 mins.

7. Pour in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves over it.
