Spinach ‘n’ Veggie Rice

Loaded with the goodness of vegetables and freen, this rice is the perfectly healthy treat and a meal by itself!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatava Spinach Powder – 2 tbsp

2. Basmati rice – 2 cup

3. Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup

4. Ginger garlic paste  – 1tbsp

5. Cauliflower florets – 1/2 cup

6 .Chopped beans – 1/2 cup

7. Chick Pea Boiled – 1/2 cup

8. Carrot chopped – 1/2 cup

9. Peas – 1/2 cup

10. onion – 1/2 cup

11. Garam Masala – 1 tbsp

12. Rasatva Rock salt – As Require

13. Rasatva cumin seeds – 1 tbsp

14. Cumin Powder – 1 tbsp

15. Oil – 1 tbsp

Preparatation Time – 25 min

Cooking Time – 15 min

Servings – 2

Recipe

1. Wash and soak 2 cup basmati rice for 20 mins.

2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp ginger paste, chopped onion and saute.

3. Add 1/2 cup cauliflower florets, 1/2 cup chopped beans, 1/2 cup chana boiled, 1/2 cup carrot chopped, 1/2 cup peas and saute.

4. Add 2 cup rice, spinach powder, 1 tbsp jeera powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, and salt as per taste, add 3 cup water, mix it well and close the lid.

5. Cook for 2 whistles.

6. Transfer in a dish bowl, serve mouth-watering spinach rice with raita/dal.
