Palak Raita

With the goodness of green, this raita is a easy and tasty as it can get!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva spinach powder – 1/2 cup

2. Lassi – 1 jug

3. Water – 1/2 cup

4. Roasted cumin powder – 1 tbsp

5. Rasatva red chilli powder – 2 tbsp

6. Rasatva Rock salt – as require

7. cumin seeds – 1 tbsp

8. Onion – 1/2 cup

9. Oil – 1 tbsp

Cooking Time – 2 min

Servings – 2

Recipe

1. Take 1/2 cup of spinach powder and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl.

2. Take 1 jug lassi, add spinach puree, add 2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder, and blend with hand blender.

3. Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil on medium flame, add 1 tbsp cumin seeeds, a pinch of asafoetida and 1/2 cup chopped onion, saute untill translucent.

4. Pour the tadka in raita jug and cover the jug for 2-3 min.

5. Add 10-12 ice cubes and pour the healthy and tasty spinach raita in a bowl and enjoy with roti, parantha or rice.
