Palak Mangodi Stirfry

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Palak Mangodi – 2 cups

2. Cabbage – 1/2 cup

3. Garlic cloves – 4 

4. Ginger – a small piece

5. Capsicum – 1

6. Onion – 1

7. Carrot – 1 

8. Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp

9. Peri Peri masala – as needed

10. Rasatva Rock Salt – As needed

11. Oil – 1/4 tbsp

Preparatation Time – 5 min

Cooking Time – 10 min

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Wash, chop carrot, cabbage, capsicum and onion.

2. Take a saucepan, add enough water on medium flame and let it boil.

3. Add 2 cups palak mangodi to the boiling water, boil for 8 min till 75% cooked.

4. Strain the water, dry the mangodi using kitchen towel and keep aside.

5. Take a wok, add 1/2 tbsp oil on medium flame.

6. Add finely chopped garlic, grated ginger, onion and saute.

7. Add the chopped cabbage, carrot, seedless capsicum and saute them for 2-3 min 

8. Now add the boiled mangodi, red chilli sauce, rock salt as per taste, mix and cook for 10 sec.

9. Transfer in a serving bowl and sprinkle peri peri.

10. Eat this healthy and tasty recipe as you want.
