Take a saucepan, add enough water on medium flame and let it boil. 3. Add 2 cups palak mangodi to the boiling water, boil for 8 min till 75% cooked. 4. Strain the water, dry the mangodi using kitchen towel and keep aside. 5. Take a wok, add 1/2 tbsp oil on medium flame. 6. Add finely chopped garlic, grated ginger, onion and saute. 7. Add the chopped cabbage, carrot, seedless capsicum and saute them for 2-3 min 8. Now add the boiled mangodi, red chilli sauce, rock salt as per taste, mix and cook for 10 sec. 9.
