List Of Ingredients:
1. Rasatva Palak Mangodi – 1/4 cup
2. Rice – 1 cup
3. Moong dal – 1/4 cup
4. Tomato – 1
5. Onion – 1
6. Rasatva Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
7. Rasatva Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
8. Rasatva Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
9. Rasatva Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
10. Rasatva Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp
11. Rasatva Rock Salt – As needed
12. Heeng – A pinch
13. Oil/ Ghee – 1/2 tbsp

Recipe
1. Take 1 cup rice and 1/2 cup moong dal, wash and soak for 15 mins.
2. Take a cooker, add 1/2 tbsp ghee and heat on medium flame.
3. Add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds, a pinch of heeng, finely chopped onion and saute till golden.
4. Add roughly chopped tomato, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp garam masala, rock salt as per taste, mix and cook for 2 min.
5. Now, add soaked dal, soaked rice, mangodi and mix them properly.
6. Add 5 cups of water and mix well.
7. Close the cooker lid, let it cook for 2 whistles and switch off the flame.
8. Transfer the hot palak mangodi khichdi in a serving plate and put some ghee over it.
9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Dahi.
