1. Rasatva Palak Mangodi – 1 cup
2. Sweet corn – 1/2 cup
3. Ginger garlic Paste – 1/2 tbsp
4. Tomato – 1
5. Onion – 1
6. Green chilli – 1
7. Rasatva Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
8. Rasatva Red chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
9. Rasatva Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
10. Rasatva Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
11. Rasatva garam masala – 1/4 tbsp
12. Rasatva rock salt – As needed
13. Heeng – a pinch
14. oil – 1/2 tbsp
15. Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Servings – 2
Recipe:
1. Take a saucepan, add 1 tbsp oil on medium flame.
2. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, a pinch of heeng, 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilli, chopped onion and saute.
3. To the above saucepan, add roughly chopped tomato, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp garam masala, rock salt as per taste, 1 cup water, mix and cook for 2 min.
4. Add 1 cup mangodi, 1/2 cup sweet corn, 1/2 cup water, mix and let it cook for 5 min.
5. Switch off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
6. Serve the hot and delicious sabji with chapati.
