Jamun Masala Soda A tasty tangy drink loaded with the goodness of fruit! List Of Ingredients: 1. Black Jamun – 1/2 cup2. Soda Water – 1 bottle3. Rasatva dhaba chaat masala – as required4. Lime chilli – as required5. Rasatva Rock Salt – as required6. Cumin Powder – 1/2 tbsp No. of Ingredients – 6Preparatation Time – 7-8 minCooking Time – N/AServings – 2 Recipe 1. Rinse the jamun nicely with water. Allow them to dry or pat dry with a kitchen towel.2. Transfer the jamun in a bowel, sprinkle with a teaspoon of salt and let the jamun sit with salt for 30 mins.3. Once the jamun turns soft, mash them and discard the seeds and collect the pulp in a separate bowl.4. Transfer the jamun pulp in a blender, add 1/4 cup water and blend till smooth.5. Take a jug, pour jamun puree, dhaba chaat masala, lime chilli, rock salt as required and 1/2 tbsp cumin powder, mix well with spoon.6. Take a serving glass, add 1/2 glass jamun mixture and add 1/4 glass soda water, mix well with a spoon.7. Garnish with lemon slice and sprinkle a smack of dhaba chaat masala over it.
