List Of Ingredients:
1. Rasatva Green fenugreek sprouts – 2 cup
2. Tomato – 1
3. onion – 1
4. Green chilli – 1
5. Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tbsp
6. Rasatva cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp
7. Rasatva turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
8. Rasatva corinder powder – 1 tbsp
9. Rasatva red chilli powder – 1/2 cup
10. Curry leaves – 5-6
11. Rasatva black pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
12. Rasatva rock salt – as required
13. Oil – 1 tbsp

Recipe:
1. Wash and rinse 2 cup of hara methi dana and soak them in water for around 1 hour then drain the water and cover the bowl with a muslin cloth for 1 day to sprout them.
2. Wash the tomato and onion, peel if required and cut them into small pieces.
3. Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, heat on medium flame.
4. Add 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds and 5-6 curry leaves.
5. When cumin seeds starts crackle, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup onion and saute.
6. Now add 1/2 cup tomato, 1 chopped green chilli, and saute untill tomato become mushy.
7. Now add 1 cup green fenugreek sprouts and mix them.
8. Add 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, rock salt as per taste and 1/2 cup water.
9. Mix all ingredients properly with a spatula and cook for 5 min.
10. Switch off the flame and add a handful of chopped coriander leaves.
11. Serve healthy, tasty and delicious fenugreek sprout sabji with rice or roti.
