Dry Sprouts Paratha

A protein rich paratha that is both healthy and delicious. A perfect lunch-box food item!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatava Sundried Mix Sprouts – 1cup

2. Wheat Flour – 3 cups

3. Onion – 1

4. Green chilli – 2

5. Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup

6 .Rasatva Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp

7. Rasatva Red chilli Powder – 1 tbsp

8. Rasatva Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tbsp

9. Rasatva Rock Salt – As per taste

10. Rasatva Kasuri Methi – As needed

Preparatation Time – 10 min

Cooking Time – 5 min

Servings – 2

Recipe

1. Take 1 cup of mix sprouts in a saucepan, add 2 cups of water and boil for 5 mins.

2. Drain out the water, roughly blend the boiled sprouts and keep aside.

3. Wash the veggies and finely chop coriander leaves, green chillies and onion.

4. Take 3 cups of Wheat flour, add blended sprouts, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, add 2 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder, rock salt as per taste, and a little kasuri methi.

5. Mix all the ingredients properly and knead the dough properly while adding water.

6. After making the dough, drizzle oil over it and let it rest for 10 mins.

7. Make small balls from the dough and roll it using rolling pin.

8. Make Crisp parathas, ut a little cube of butter over it. 

9. Serve witch pickle/ chutney and dahi.

10. Tasty, Healthy and full of goodness dry sprout parathas are ready to eat.
