Dhania Mangodi Chatpati Chaat

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Dhania Mangodi – 1 cup

2. Rasatva Dhaba Chaat masala – 1 tbsp

3. Rasatva red chilli powder – 1/4 tbsp

4. Peri Peri – 1 tbsp

5. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp

6. Rasatva rock salt – as needed

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Take a saucepan, add enough water on medium flame and let it boil.

2. Add 1 cup dhania mangodi to the boiling water, boil for 10 min, and keep aside.

3. Strain the water, dry the mangodi using kitchen towel and transfer in a bowl.

4. To the mangodi, sprinkle 1 tbsp calcutta chaat masala, 1 tbsp dhaba chaat masala, 1/4 tbsp red chilli, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp peri peri, rock salt as per taste and mix properly.

5. Serve in a serving bowl and sprinkle peri peri.
