Dahi Khichia Chaat

Say hello to your new guilt-free snack!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Bajra khichia – 8

2. Rasatva sundried sprouts mix – 1 cup

3. Dahi – 1/2 cup

4. Green chutney – 1/4 cup

5. Imli chutney – 1/4 cup

6. Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup

7. Rasatva dhaba chaat masala – 1 tbsp

8. Sev (for garnish)

Preparatation Time – 10 min

Cooking Time – 15 min

Servings – 2

Recipe:

1. Take a saucepan, add 1 cup of sprouts mix, 2 cup of water and boil them for 10 min on medium flame.

2. Strain the water and keep aside.

3. Deep fry the bajra khichia or roast on flame or microwave.

4. Take a khichia, top with 1/2 tbsp of boiled sprouts.

5. Add 1 tbsp dahi over it and spread it evenly.

6. Add green and imli chutney. sprinkle chaat masala over it.

7. Garnish the dahi khichia with coriander and sev.

8. Enjoy this healthy and light snack!
