Aloo Dhania Mangodi ki Sabji

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Dhania Mangodi – 1/2 cup

2. Potato – 1 cup

3. Green chilli – 2

4. Tomato puree – 1/2 cup

5. Rasatva turmeric powder – 1 tbsp

6. Rasatva Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

7. Rasatva Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp

8. Rasatva Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp

9. Rasatva Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp

10. Rasatva rock salt – as needed

11. Heeng – a pinch

12. Oil/ Ghee – 1/2 tbsp

13. Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Servings – 2

Recipe

1. Wash, peel and chop the veggies.

2. Take a pan, add 1/2 tbsp oil on medium flame.

3. Add 1/2 cup Dhania Mangodi to the above pan, shallow fry for 7-8 min and keep aside.

4. Take a saucepan, add 1 tbsp oil on medium flame and let it become hot.

5. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, a pinch of heeng, finely chopped green chillies and saute.

6. Add 1/2 cup tomato puree, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp garam masala, rock salt as per taste, mix and cook for 2 min.

7. Add chopped per- boiled potatoes, fried mangodi and mix well.

8. Add 2 cups of water, mix and let it cook for 10 min.

9. Switch off the flame and add the chopped coriander leaves.

10. Serve the hot and delicious sabji with roti or rice.
