Achari Khichia

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva Bajra Khichia – 8

2. Achar – 1 cup

3. Onion – 1/2 cup

4. Tomato – 1

5. Coriander leaves – 1

6. Rasatva dhaba chaat masala – 1 tbsp

7. Rasatva rock salt – as per taste

8. Oil (for deep fry)

Recipe:

1. Wash the veggies and finely chop them.

2. Roast the Khichia on medium flame.

3. Take a khichia, add a layer of achar evenly.

4. Top with the chopped onion, tomatoes and coriander leaves.

5. Sprinkle chaat masala and rock salt as per taste.

6. Enjoy the tasty mouth-watering Achari-Khichia!
