Wheatgrass Buttermilk

Make yoour regular glass of buttermilk healthier with the incredible benefits of wheatgrass and herbs!

List Of Ingredients:

1. Rasatva wheatgrass powder – 1 tbsp

2. Curd/ Yogurt – 1 cup

3. Mint and coriander leaves – 5-6

4. Roasted cumin powder – 1 tbsp

5. Water – As require

6. Rasatva Black salt – as require

Recipe

1. Take 1 cup curd, add 1 tbsp wheatgrass powder, coriander leaves, 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder and 2 cup water in a blender.

2. Blend the contents till smooth texture.

3. Add more water to get desired consistency.

4. Transfer in a jug, add black salt as per taste and 5-6 ice cubes.

5. Pour in a serving glass, garnish with mint leaves and serve the tasty and refreshing buttermilk.
